We offer spit roast catering in a buffet style layout all on the Sunshine Coast for Corporate or private parties alike.
We arrive 3-4 hours prior, to cook carve and set-up your sensational buffet, and serve to your guests, whilst you get to sit back and relax and enjoy yourself totally at your own fully caterered function, large or small, we will look after you.
We have menus that start from $600 for 30 guests and $10 per head after that.
Then we cater at the other end of the scale, for lavish Weddings @ a small cost of $35.00 per head where everything is *included right down to the dinner mints w your Tea/Coffee station.
For your safety, we have a council approved food safety program set in place. This is a unique programme designed by us and approved by coast microbiologists at TAFE. There is a food safety supervisor available to attend each function, just for you.
We also come to your home, by appointment, sit down with our menu choices, and function planning, ESSENTIAL FOR ALL WEDDINGS.
We provide ideas, and total planning so that all details are completely covered, and take the confusion out of the equation.
We travel as far South as Caboolture/North Brisbane, and are the preferred Caterer at the Caboolture Historical Village, which makes a wonderful Wedding Venue. OR As far North as Noosa, Hinterland, Caloundra, Kawana, Buderim, Mooloolaba, Landsborough, Beerwah, Maleney, Coolum, Yandina, Mooloolah, Brightwater, Forest Glen, Tanawah, & Gympie.

Entertainment: We can provide a standing ovation dance reveue: HAWAIIAN/POLYNESIAN DANCE TROUPE "The Drumbeats of Hawaii" High energy, Tahitian drum dance show, includes beautiful Polynesian women in grass skirts & coconut bras. Bare chested Polynesian men performing the flaming knife dance of Samoa! With the romantic hulas of Hawaii gives you an authentic Polynesian Experience.
Shows start from as little as $400.00 for 2 hrs with Atete singing and dancing with 2 costume changes right up to full 2-3 hour revues for Weddings OR Birthday parties with 5-6 performers and up to 6 costume changes for as little as $1250.00 + WOW ! ! !

We would like to add that at times it's very tempting to "Hire a Roaster and do it yourself" but it can be fraught with problems. We have had reports of customers comming to us with horror stories such as: We didnt know how long to cook the meat for? We serve the meat & it was raw after cooking for 6 hours!! Our cook caught on fire!! It started to rain, the meat wasnt ready & we wer'nt organised, so our friends had to eat 1/2 done & part soggy offerings!!
