  • Staff:  for staff 6-7 hours part/full menu (See your quote) Wait/Prep Staff (required for every function especially for Weddings)
  • We ask that you supply 5 trestle tables in a well lit, under cover area with a power outlet nearby
  • Bar Staff: $160.00 available for first 4 hours of service plus $40 p/h after that

  •  Minimum Fee for 60 + guests  $2250.00 Main Course only plus staff see quote 
  • 60+ guests $35.95 pp for Main Course plus staff 
  • Children under 10 $25.00 Under 4 $15.00 
  • 60+ Guests Full Menu, Entrée Platters, Main Course & desserts $48.00pp special pricing, plus staff 
  • Deposit of $1250.00 required to book date

Note

  • We require 5 x 1.8 or 2.4 Tressel tables & a well lit under covered area to prepare and serve the Buffet.
  • We supply hard disposable plates, serviettes, & Stainless Steel Cutlery, table cloths and crystal/silver decorations for the buffet table, all included.
