(Choose 3 Meats, Jacket potatoes & Add 3 Hot Vegetable or Cold Salads choices w all the trimmings ).
(Full buffet set-up with silver service Bain Maries and Platters, silverware & plates)

  • Crackling PORK (GF)
  • Golden Roasted CHICKEN w Seasoned coat
  • Pork Spare Ribs w BBQ Marinade
  • LAMB w rosemary (GF) ($1.80pp extra)
  • Gourmet Sausages  
  • Marinated CHICKEN (Thai lime, Sesame/soy)
  • Platter of Cold Sliced HAM served with Cranberry sauce

For a vegetarian option:
Vegetarian Quiche 6 serves add $22.50
(Spinach, Zuccinni, leek, fetta,& sweet potato)
(or include instead of a meat)

  • Includes Hot Roasted Potatoes in jackets & sour cream (GF)
  • Basket of French baguette bread with butter

  • Under 51 guests minimum function charge $1375.00 plus staff
  • Saturday nights minimum function Fee for up to 60 guests $1620.00 plus staff
  • Minimum 60 guests for Saturdays, 51 guests mid-week
  • Children under 10 $19.95
  • Children Under 4 $13
  • Children under 1 free
  • Staff: Wait/Prep Staff   See your quote or ask us staff requirements for your numbers. Our Staff are multi purpose and Prepare & cook & wait.
  • Weddings: part/full menu for 6-7 hours, whilst the caterers are in attendance, see your quote.

  • We ask that you supply 5-6 trestle tables in a well lit, under cover area with a power outlet nearby
  •  Deposit of $895.00 required (for Weddings $1250.00)
  • Balance to be paid 1 week prior to the function.
