Menu: Main Course Buffet: Choose2 meat choices from a selection of 4 succulent seasoned meats, Salads, Hot Vegetables choices, Sauces, gravey, cutlery, plates, Served from the Bain Marie by our staff, fully dressed & decorated buffet table with all the trimmings.

BUDGET SPIT ROAST
All from $23.95 per Head 2017 plus staff

Minimum 50 guests on Saturday nights, 40 guests mid-week

(Choose 2 meats/5 sides total, Add your 2 Veg/Salad choices w all the trimmings) Ideal for Office Party, Birthdays, Xmas Party (Full buffet set-up with silver service Bain Maries and Platters, silverware & plates)

Main Course

  • Seasoned PRIME BEEF
  • Crackling PORK
  • CHICKEN Marinated Honey/Soy or
  • CHICKEN Golden Roasted with Seasoned Coat     
  • Platter of cold sliced HAM w cranberry sauce

As a Vegetarian Option:
Vegetarian Quiche (spinach & Fetta,OR Roasted Vegetable)

 Serves 6 add $22.50
(or include instead of a meat choice)

Served With

  • Hot gravy and sauces to suit each roast
  • Basket of  French baguette bread w butter
  • Baked potatoes with sour cream
  • Pineapple & red grape Salad
  • Beetroot & onion Salad

ADD (2 more of your choice) of Cold Salads OR Hot Vegetable combo:

Any Hot or Cold Extra Side dishes can be added for $2.50 pp to expand your buffet selection....

Cold Salad Selection:

  • Creamy spiral pasta Salad, spinach & red pepper, w in-house creamy dressing.
  • Potato & egg Salad, with chives. 
  • Fresh tossed Assorted leafy greens Salad
  • Garden Salad, w Baby Cos lettuce,Tomato, cucumber, Spanish onion, parsley, Snow pea sprouts.
  • Tasty coleslaw w zesty homemade dressing
  • Tomato, Basil, Onion Salad
  • Spinach & Rocket Caesar Salad

Hot Vegetable Selection:

  • Buttered Corn Kernels
  • Buttered Green Peas
  • Buttered Green Beans
  • Grilled onions
  • Seasoned Roasted Pumpkin
  • Flower Honey carrots (Hand carved into Flowers by Chef)
  • Buttered Peas & Carrots
  • Buttered Peas & corn

PLUS We supply…

  • Very hard, quality, disposable plastic plates with stainless steel cutlery all included (no extra charge)
  • Serviettes & tablecloth for the buffet table & buffet decorations eg: Silver candle sticks etc. for Weddings
  • Professional staff will arrive 3.5 hours prior to serving ,to cook, carve and serve buffet style, then clear away.

Breakdown of costs

  • All for $23.95 per adult…for Main Course Buffet, plus staff 
  • For smaller numbers (40 mid-week) minimum function charge would apply.$1200.00 plus staff, Minimum of 50 for Saturday night $1300.00 fee
  •  For dining children 4 – 10 yrs $19.00 Under 4 years $12.00
  • Deposit of $895 required to book - balance to be paid 5 days prior to the function.

Deposit for a wedding is $1250.00

We require  (5) five x 8ft trestle tables or equal under a covered well lit area to prepare and serve buffet.
