  • Golden CHICKEN Marinated or with Herb Coat 
  • Platter of cold sliced HAM w cranberry sauce

Vegetarian Option:
Vegetarian Quiche Serves 6 add $22.50



  • Hot gravy and sauces to suit each roast
  • Baked potatoes with sour cream
  • Basket of fresh French baguette bread w butter

With Choice of 3 more Hot Vegetable side dishes:

  • Peas & corn
  • Pumpkin
  • Peas & Flower Honey carrots
  • Buttered Green Beans
  • Buttered Green Peas  
  • Buttered Corn Kernels 
  • 2 Vegetable combinations can be chosen as 1 selection eg Carrots/Peas

PLUS We supply…Very hard, quality, disposable plastic plates with stainless steel cutlery.(no extra charge)

  • Serviettes & tablecloth for the buffet table (white)& decorations to suit each occasion.
  • Professional staff will arrive 3 hrs prior to serving, to cook, carve and serve buffet style, then clear away.

Breakdown of costs:

  • All for $ 26.95 per guest,for 60 minimum guests Sunday to Friday••plus staff in  October, November, December 
  • For smaller numbers minimum function charge is $1620.00 plus staff 
  • staff are required, for staff costs see your quote. 
  • For dining children 4 – 10 yrs $20    Under 4 yrs $12
  • For 80 guests or more,4 staff members are required, prep/wait for all functions.
  • Deposit of $895.00 required to book - balance to be paid 1 week prior to the function


  • We require three 5 x 8ft trestle tables or equal under a covered well lit area to prepare and serve buffet.
