Staff:
We supply professional staff, in uniform, black & white , who will arrive approx 2 hours prior to serving time. Your finger food platters will be prepared & served on time and to perfection.
Wait Staff are available for $130.00 for the duration of the function. 1-2 are required.

Breakdown of costs:

This Menu is for 50 guests minimum. At all functions a kitchen staff fee of $130.00 applies, over 40 guests 2 staff are required.
Children 11 – 5 $14.50 Under 5- $7.00 per child Minimum Function charge $1100.00 plus staff fees
Deposit of $800.00 to book function - Balance to be paid 1 week prior to the function
