We have menus that start from $600 for 30 guests and $10 per head after that. For lavish Weddings @ a small cost of $35.00 per head where everything is *included right down to the dinner mints w your Tea/Coffee station. We also come to your home, by appointment, sit down with our menu choices, and function planning. We supply all knives, forks, sturdy formed plastic or (*china plates). Buffet table clothes, skirts, silver bain maries, and silver decorations. (eg. Silver Candle sticks) All included with your menu choices. We roast our meat in a custom made spit roaster which uniquely surrounds the food, circulating and reaching 200 degrees C within 2 minutes. This unique system seals in the juices, and keeps the meat tender. This type of spit catering, including a pig on the spit, is catered for. With the Spit BBQ we marinade the meat with various international spices depending on the style or nationality of function. For example we offer Moroccan spices, English herbs, USA BBQ flavors as well as our own European flavours. This is an option available to our clients, but our most popular functions have a Hawaiian theme, and the buffet table is decorated in an impressive way, with all the Hawaiian flowers and a colored, in water bowl, light display, that lights up the table. We offer with this function, as a separate service, a Hawaiian Dance troupe called the “Drumbeats of Hawaii”, which adds colorful entertainment that cannot be beaten.
