Breakdown of costs:

  • All for $ 32.95 per guest,for 60 minimum guests Monday to Friday••plus staff $1pp extra in  October, November, December .
  • Weekend Minimum Function Fee $2640.00 Plus Staff Minimum of 80ppl
  • For smaller numbers mid-week, minimum function charge is $1990.00 plus staff 
  • staff are required, for staff costs see your quote. 
  • For dining children 4 – 10 yrs $20    Under 4 yrs $12
  • For Saturdays 80 guests or more,and a staff team are required, prep/cook/serve, for all functions.
  • A Deposit is required to book – balance to be paid 1 week prior to the function


  • We require three 5 x 8ft trestle tables or equal under a covered well lit area to prepare and serve buffet.
