- Professional staff will arrive 3 hrs prior to serving, to cook, carve and serve buffet style, then clear away.

- For smaller numbers minimum function charge is $1620.00 plus staff
- staff are required, for staff costs see your quote.
- For dining children 4 – 10 yrs $20 Under 4 yrs $12
- For Saturdays 80 guests or more,4 staff members are required, prep/wait for all functions.
- A Deposit is required to book – balance to be paid 1 week prior to the function

- We require three 5 x 8ft trestle tables or equal under a covered well lit area to prepare and serve buffet.
