- Staff: Wait/Prep Staff See your quote or ask us staff requirements for your numbers. Our Staff are multi purpose and Prepare & cook & clear.
- Weddings: part/full menu for 6-7 hours, whilst the caterers are in attendance, see your quote.

- We ask that you supply 5-6 trestle tables in a well lit, under cover area with a power outlet nearby
- Deposit of $900.00 required (for Weddings $1250.00)
