Our Staff arrive to your Venue or Home approx 1.5 hours Prior to Carving your whole Pig.
We provide staff to Cook on the Spit, to supply the Whole Pig, Decorating the Cooked Pig with Fruits and Herbs, offer photo opportunity to the Hosts, Carve, & then Served into our Bain Maries to keep meat hot. The whole skin becomes Crackling, the meat is so juicy, it falls off the bones. Any leftover meat is packed into your foil trays for your continued enjoyment.
