  • Professional staff will arrive 1.5 to 2 hours prior to serving ,to cook, carve and serve buffet style, then clear away.

Breakdown of costs

  • All for $32 per adult…for Main Course Buffet, plus staff 
  • For smaller numbers a minimum function charge would apply plus staff, Minimum of 60 $1920.00 fee
  •  For dining children 4 – 10 yrs $20.00 Under 4 years $15.00

We require  (5) five to (6) six x 8ft trestle tables or equal, under a covered well lit area to prepare and serve buffet, depending on your order and facilities available.
